As the largest source of festival information around the world, our work at Everfest provided an opportunity to create a multi-sided marketplace between Festivals, Service Providers and Consumers.

While the traffic generated from the directory of festivals was powerful, the overall ability to monetize it was limited.

During our Series A expansion, we tested numerous models, from a consumer subscription for festival “Perks” and a Festival Gear storefront. Our most ambitious and successful product expansion created the worlds first festival agnostic loyalty program generating significant incremental sales for our partner festivals.
